Hello, I am Simone Baur.
Since 2019, I have been passionately dedicated to supporting start-up founders and managers in medium-sized and large companies as a business coach.
I built a career in stationary retail in the early stages of my professional journey through commitment and determination. As a store manager, I was responsible for achieving sales and targets. I learned essential skills in motivation and personnel management. This multifaceted role sparked my enthusiasm for human resources and inspired me to further develop my career in this field.
Through targeted further education, I made the leap to hr business partner and then to director of people & organization. Actively shaping personnel strategies and creating real value for my company energizes me. After my permanent position as director of people & organization and post purchase, I have a strong desire for further growth and new challenges.
My journey shows that you can also succeed in actively shaping your individual career alongside a main job or even without one.
